2 seater futon sofa bed, folds out to a double. Bought used, and has been in spare room since with occasional use only. Some wear and tear to the solid wood frame as photographed. Cover is a bit faded with minor marks, but arrived like this. It has been covered with a blanket /sheets since I have owned it with no major spills etc so mat is clean. Smoke free environment.
